If your claim holds true, we will resend a new order at our own cost. If the product is not available, the order payment will be refunded.
Refunds are provided by the website only if the request has been approved. The payment made for the order will be refunded through the original payment method. Not earlier than 3 working days from refund confirmation, the amount will be transferred to the bank account through which the order has been placed. We may credit the amount to your MasterCard/VISA as well. Refunds will not be provided in cash.
The refund amount will not include the cost of shipping. If there are any handling costs and shipping costs mentioned on the packaging slip or invoice, it will not be refunded.
